๐ก๏ธ How to Use the Quarantine System
Every day, SpamProtect.me sends you a Daily Spam Report by email. This report summarizes all messages flagged as spam and safely held in your Sandbox Quarantine.
Messages in quarantine are isolated for your review and are automatically deleted after 14 days if no action is taken.
๐ง Step 1 โ Check Your Spam Report Email
You will receive an email from:
With the subject:
Daily Spam Report for 'your-domain.com' โ YYYY-MM-DDInside this report, you will see a list of emails detected as spam. Example:
- Sender:

SPAM: Monthly report available - Date:

At the bottom of each report, click the link:
Please use the web interface to manage your spam quarantine.This link takes you to your personal SpamProtect.me quarantine portal.
๐ Step 2 โ Access the Quarantine Portal
After clicking the link, you will enter a secure sandboxed environment like this:
Main features available:
- Filter by date, subject, or sender
- View score, size, and time
- Select individual emails to take action
โ๏ธ Step 3 โ Manage Your Quarantined Emails
When you select an email, you will see these options:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Whitelist | Allow emails from this sender in the future. |
| Blacklist | Permanently block future emails from this sender. |
| Deliver | Send the quarantined email to your inbox. |
| Delete | Permanently remove the email from quarantine. |
You are in a sandbox environment, meaning suspicious emails cannot harm your system while they are under review.
โณ Retention Policy
- Emails stay in quarantine for a maximum of 14 days.
- If no action is taken, they are automatically and permanently deleted.
- You will continue to receive daily reports for new quarantined emails.
